Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Avora ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Avora mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By using Avora, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address to create and secure your account. You may also choose a username.
- Photos and content you provide. When you use Avora to transform images, the photos you upload and any prompts or style selections you make are processed to generate results.
- Generated content. Images and stickers created for you are stored so you can access them in your collection.
- Community content. If you choose to share a creation to the community feed, that image, your username, and engagement such as likes become visible to other users.
- Purchases and subscription. When you buy credits or a subscription, the purchase is processed by Apple, and subscription status is managed through RevenueCat. We receive purchase and entitlement information, but not your full payment card details.
- Technical and abuse-prevention data. We use device integrity signals (via Google App Check) and basic technical information to protect the Service from fraud and abuse and to keep it running reliably.
How we use your information
- To provide the Service — authenticate you, process your images, and deliver generated results.
- To manage credits, subscriptions, and your account.
- To enable community features you choose to participate in.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- To communicate with you about your account or the Service.
How your information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers that help us operate Avora:
- Supabase — hosting, database, storage, and authentication.
- AI processing providers — the photos and prompts you submit are sent to third-party AI models to generate your results.
- Apple and Google — sign-in, app integrity, and (for Apple) in-app purchases.
- RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
Public sharing
Content you share to the community feed is public. Please do not share anything you want to keep private. You can request removal of content you have shared.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account at any time, after which we will delete or de-identify your personal information, except where we are required to retain it. To request deletion, contact us at support@useavora.ai.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Avora is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Your choices
You can access and update your profile in the app, revoke sign-in access through your Apple or Google account settings, and request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be communicated within the app.
