Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Avora mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By using Avora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding agreement, to use Avora. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

The Service

Avora lets you transform your photos using AI — creating edits, stickers, and other results — and optionally share creations to a community feed. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service over time.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Provide accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Credits, subscriptions, and payments

• Generating content uses credits. Credits may be provided on a periodic basis and/or purchased.
• Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.
• Except where required by law, credits and purchases are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.

Your content and license

You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. To operate the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, process, and display your content — including sending it to AI providers to generate your results, and, where you choose to share it, displaying it in the community feed.

You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and the necessary consent of any person depicted in it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Avora to create, upload, or share content that:

• is illegal, infringing, or violates someone's rights;
• depicts a real person without their consent, or is sexual, non-consensual, or exploitative;
• involves minors in a harmful or inappropriate way;
• impersonates others or is a deceptive deepfake intended to mislead or harm;
• is harassing, hateful, or abusive; or
• attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Community content

Content you share to the community feed is public and may be viewed by others. We may remove community content at our discretion, particularly where it violates these Terms.

AI-generated results

AI results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or not what you intended. They are provided for personal and creative use, and your use of generated results may also be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.

Intellectual property

The Avora name, app, and its underlying software and design are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding except as needed to use the Service.

Termination

You may stop using Avora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or its users.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avora will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
